Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-house team and help execute and optimise campaigns across paid media, content, email, and social platforms for our group of education brands, including Kikokushijo Academy, Global Step Academy, and KA International School. You’ll work closely with internal creatives, agency partners, and our marketing director to ensure campaigns are launched effectively and run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on digital experience who is ready to make an immediate impact across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
● Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
(e.g. search ads, social media, affiliate, email, and organic content) for group companies including Kikokushijo Academy, Global Step Academy, and KA International School.
● Coordinate Japanese-language content for ads, websites, newsletters, and social media
● Work with internal teams and external partners to manage schedules and deliverables
● Track campaign performance and assist with reporting of key metrics
● Ensure that all materials are appropriate for Japanese audiences in tone, accuracy, and clarity
● Provide general coordination and administrative support for marketing activities
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
● Fluent Japanese speaker, with strong communication and writing skills
● Business-level English (spoken and written)
● 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or communications
● Experience working with or supporting advertising and outreach activities
● Ability to manage tasks efficiently and communicate clearly with internal and external teams
● Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and basic web content workflows
● Interest in education or global communication is a plus
